I am a bioinformatics researcher with approximately eight years of experience in network biology. I completed my PhD at the University of Hyderabad, followed by a one-year postdoctoral fellowship at IIT Gandhinagar, where my research focused on multilayer network modelling of mammalian circadian proteins. My research interests include network biology, transcriptomics, and multi-omics data analysis, with a particular focus on understanding complex biological systems through computational and network-based approaches.
