Nikesh Kumar Mandal

MTech Student

I am an M.Tech student in the Wadhwani School of Artificial Intelligence (WSAI) at IIT Madras, working under Prof. Karthik Raman. My research focuses on building scientific knowledge graphs that integrate biomedical literature and multi-omics data to support quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) predictions. I completed my B.Tech (Honours) in Computer Science and Engineering at KIIT University. My interests lie at the intersection of knowledge graphs, NLP, machine learning, and data science, with applications in computational biology.
