I am pursuing my PhD research on investigating the microbial co-occurrences and metabolic interactions between the microbial species in the healthy and dysbiosed infant gut microbiota. I did my B.Tech in Biotechnology from KCT, Coimbatore and M.Tech in Biotechnology from IIT Guwahati, wherein I worked on the production and characterization of ovine angiotensinogen in Pichia pastoris.
